Different Ways to Stay Hydrated

Add Flavor To Your Water

If you do not fancy drinking plain water and if it sounds too boring to you, add some flavor and taste to it. If they have a prolonged fever, they feel like vomiting, or have diarrhea, then they should drink some fluids to get their energy back.
